This guide will lead you through our process for returns and exchanges, ensuring your experience remains as seamless as a phantom’s passage.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE COVENANT

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging—within 15 days of your receipt of the item.

Note from the Crypt: Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Toys (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during special events or clearance sales (unless defective)

THE SHADOWY RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Summon Our Guardians

Contact our guardians of the gate at [email protected] within the 15-day return period. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Complete the Ritual

Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form (template provided below) and include it with your return package.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed Returns & Exchanges Form.

Step 4: Dispatch to the Crypt

Ship your return to our haunted headquarters:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS: RETURN OF THE TRIBUTE

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be returned to your PayPal account. For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), the refund will appear on your statement based on your bank’s processing times.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund—our treat, as apology for the supernatural mishap.
