SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

Once your tribute (payment) has been successfully processed, our ghouls in the warehouse will prepare your order for dispatch. This dark ritual typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two methods to deliver your cursed commodities:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    Your items will be delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50
    Your eerie essentials will travel via EMS and arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note: We do not ship to certain remote locations or most Asian territories due to… complications with cross-dimensional customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES COVENANT

We understand that sometimes a cursed object doesn’t resonate with its new owner as expected. For such circumstances, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of your receiving them
  • All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Due to their unique and sometimes volatile nature, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Toys (for hygiene and safety reasons – some curses are permanent)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during special events or clearance sales (unless defective)

THE SHADOWY RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Summon Our Guardians

Contact our gatekeepers at [email protected] within the 15-day return period. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Complete the Ritual

Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form (we’ll provide this upon contact) and include it with your return package.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed Returns & Exchanges Form.

Step 4: Dispatch to the Crypt

Ship your return to our haunted headquarters:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in the void.

REFUNDS: RETURN OF THE TRIBUTE

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be returned to your PayPal account. For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), the refund will appear on your statement based on your bank’s processing times.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product (a spectral mix-up), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund—our treat, as apology for the supernatural mishap.
