However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or discuss potential alternatives.

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two methods to deliver your cursed commodities:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95: Your items will be delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50: Your eerie essentials will travel via EMS and arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

5.2 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain remote locations or most Asian territories due to complications with cross-dimensional customs.

5.3 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your dark treasures safely, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

6.1 Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a cursed object doesn’t resonate with its new owner as expected. For such circumstances, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of your receiving them
  • All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their unique and sometimes volatile nature, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Toys (for hygiene and safety reasons – some curses are permanent)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during special events or clearance sales (unless defective)

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these shadowy steps:

  2. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form (we’ll provide this upon contact)
  3. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories

6.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable
